Deck Rot Repair with Waterproof Seamless Concrete Deck

This stone tile deck had leaked and caused the underlying wood deck timbers to rot.

We removed all of the rotting timbers, and replaced them with new wood joists, plywood and waterproof barrier.

A new seamless concrete deck was poured over the barrier, and finished, creating a new, waterproof concrete deck.
